A Devotional 4 Week Practice
Devote yourself to yourself.
Super is a simple practice that requires conscious effort and lots of it... but once you learn how, you can come back to this practice whenever you are called to it.
Each day you will tap into each layer of your consciousness through your body and beyond it 🌀
This is not a practice for manifesting the big picture quickly 🙅♀️
Rather this is focuses on the details that make up that picture. Building capacity to live as large as that vision/version of your Self and reality... And that includes shifting your relationship with time ⏳
This is a 4 week practice, based on the Super Effort concept from The Fourth Way philosophy – but super charged with teachings and practices from other modalities including NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), esoterica arts and Eastern philosophy.
Some may refer to this as quantum shift/leap - the essence of the practice are very similar.
This requires commitment to your Self and your life wholistically. You will give yourself time, discipline, and self acceptance – it's an invitation to practice self devotion 💝

How it will work:
This practice is for a limited time only. You could say it’s a sacrificial ritual. Sacrificing your vices and your comfort zone to build a new version of yourself. But it is not a permanent state.
Once you’ve conquered the mountain (aka the shift), a new journey or as Gurdijeff would say, a new octave begins (find out what I mean during the 4 weeks) 🪐
We will have weekly check-in calls via Zoom (dates & times below), and an exclusive channel where there will be daily transmissions, journal and discussion prompts & lots of affirmations and pep talks.
There are four elements to this practice:
Super is a practice that involved habit changes in many levels. Some people may fast, some may give up a vice, others double down on existing practices like yoga, meditation, journaling etc…
But your chosen daily/weekly practices must include these elements, also known as your four centres.

You will put in 'physical' effort each day. Not just 'aligned actions' towards your goal, but take care of your body and your physical surroundings to expand your physical capacity to embody your desire.

You will expand your mind – whether that's by study and/or creating/experimenting to build resources to found your vision upon.

You will explore and witness yourself in the discomfort and the limiting beliefs - the 'I can'ts' that will inevitably come up as you put yourself to work.

Your spirit/intuition is what will guide you through the effort you put in and in your reflections.

Commitment to show up for yourself every single day for 4 weeks. (Remember if it's not a f*ck yeah it's a no, and timing is very important to this practice)

Committing to daily and weekly practices are a key part of the design of this practice.
A part of your daily effort may feel like a sacrificial ritual. You may give up your favourite vices (e.g. nicotine, alcohol, sugar etc) and/or your favourite pacifiers (e.g. social media scrolling, binge watching tv etc).
This will help you make more time for your Self, to be more present and conscious in your choices. Even if you choose to go back to them after this practice.
