Hi, I’m Ayla /あいら/愛良
She / Her | ♋︎ ☀︎ ♈︎ ☽ ♌︎↑ | Life path #5 | Water Rooster | INFX | Manifesting Generator | Enneagram #4
My work isn't about perfection, fame or claiming superiority; it's about embracing ourselves wholly. I want to have my cake and eat it too.
If life has taught me anything, it’s that magic is real and it all really is, character building.
My life so far is a tapestry, woven from the rich cultural threads of Japan, the vivid hues of Sydney’s creative community and my belief in myself and magic. From a young age, I danced between dreaming of the unseen realms of spirituality and the allure of the limelight.
Rooted in Japan's spiritual traditions, my upbringing instilled discipline and a love for rituals, nurturing a profound connection to the mystical. I was a child brimming with confidence and an unyielding ego, I dreamed of gracing Hollywood's silver screens—a beacon of ambition and enchantment.
My pursuit of stardom led me to a performing arts high school in Australia, where the stage became my canvas for artistic expression and self-discovery.
But destiny intervened at 16, when the call of intuition beckoned beyond the allure of stardom, whispering of a higher purpose (or a better idea)— to be a producer of not just my own dreams but of others, too.
Returning to Sydney at 18, my pursuit of knowledge and capacity took me to fashion school, blending business acumen and experimental industry experiences. “Once I have it all, I can help others have it all”
A whirlwind of professional pursuits to “do all to have all” in my early twenties led to the inevitable —a burnout at 23, resulting in a conscious hiatus. I was done with goals and aspirations for the first time in my life. But my ego and I love our Self so much that we couldn’t help but be curious of what we did want.
If I didn’t want goals and aspiration,
what do I want instead?
This took me on a journey of deep self-exploration, studies into the human psyche, eventually becoming a Master Practitioner certification in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming). Through an expanded skillset, capacity and belief I began offering NLP-based tarot sessions— the first iteration of my current work.
I unexpectedly found myself in a college classroom as a substitute teacher in 2019, marking a pivotal chapter, crystallising my dream to facilitate and mentor creative people. I even went and got a piece of paper that certifies me as a vocational education trainer.

When I began to not just believe but use, learn and expand my inner magic…
When I decided to embrace my whole self, even my dualities, imperfections and weirdness…
That’s when my life expanded beyond my wildest dreams.
I’m not looking to start a cult or be placed on a pedestal (but I’d take a stage or lectern any day)—I'm here as an imperfect guide, continuously seeking answers and posing new questions. I've been fortunate to have mentors and a supportive community, and now, I aim to pay that forward in my own way.
